Food Supports

If you are hungry or in need of food supplements, please come to 300 Frederick St in Kitchener and speak with one of our staff.

Community Luncheon:

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, community luncheons are unfortunately on hold until further notice.

We are currently restructuring our Food Bank service to better suit the needs of the community during this time. For more information on how you can receive food supports, you can call us at 519-570-9118 or email assist.h7g@gmail.com.

We have a community luncheon that is open to all every Wednesday at noon at 300 Frederick St. where we have fresh, home-made meals prepared by our kind volunteers.

*Non-Indigenous guests are encouraged to bring a small donation or potluck dish to the meal.

Coming Soon!

We hope to offer classes on topics such as meal preparation, preserving, smoking meats, and canning.

We are also hoping to work with community partners to develop food and medicine gardens for our community in the near future.

Please check back for details.
